Accufab added a new Prima Power panel Bender In the fall of 2022. This panel bender has a bending length of 88” and a bending height of 8”. It also features automatic tool changing and a programmable crowning system. This is a great addition to our bending capabilities with quick set ups, short run times and repeatable accuracy.
In the fall of 2022 we also installed the Amada CL material handing for our 6kw fiber laser. This system continuously loads raw sheets onto laser machine and unloads sheets that have been laser cut. This increases throughput and provides hours of lights out operation.
In February 2023 Accufab installed a new Bystronic Xpert 150 10 foot press brake. This is the high speed Dynamic model that provides fast, precision bending. This addition completes our upgrade of our press brakes to the newest platform.
Along with continued investment in advanced technology equipment, Accufab understands the importance of enabling our people to maintain a healthy work/life balance. The importance and value of being flexible with employees needs to take time for family and personal issues is held in high regard at Accufab. Our team works together to cover and fill gaps when someone needs to take time away from work. Since exceeding our pre-pandemic employee count by 8 people, we have established a 401K program to help our workforce invest in their future.
